This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) explains how 1024MINING INC. is organized and exists in accordance with the laws of the United States to collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information regarding the use of the 1024Mining platform and mining services.

This policy, as well as the 1024Mining Platform Terms of Use and 1024Mining Mining Service Terms (“Terms”), provide the basis for collecting, using, processing, and protecting your information. • The Facebook SDK is used to track and check the usage of 1024MiningMiner and 1024MiningPlatform for reporting and analysis;

• Google Analytics tracks and checks the usage of the 1024Mining platform for reporting and analysis purposes.

4.2.1. Advertising and analysis (limited to non personally identifiable information).
We use third-party analytics and advertising providers to help us analyze and improve our services. We share data collected from cookies and usage data, and will not share information that can identify you personally. We use the analysis tool Facebook Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand your operations on the 1024Mining platform, and optimize our advertising. We also use Google AdWords to connect the data collected from the Google AdWords advertising network with the operations performed on the 1024Mining platform.

5. Your Choices and Obligations

5.1. Data retention
We will retain personal data for the time required to fulfill the purposes stated in this policy and comply with our own legal and regulatory obligations. According to our record keeping obligations, we will retain basic account information and executed transaction information for at least 5 years after account closure.

If you choose to close your 1024Mining account, please browse the 1024Mining account settings and request to close your 1024Mining account. If for any reason you are unable to close your account through account settings, please contact us through the website link. Your account will be closed within 30 days after receiving your request.

If you do not make any transactions during the use of the 1024Mining platform, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days. However, if you make one or more transactions while using the 1024Mining platform, even if you close your account, we will retain your personal data as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our service terms.
