Vertcoin hard fork event
The fork will modify the rules of the original blockchain. The upcoming Vertcoin (VTC) fork will change its algorithm from Lyra2REv3 to Verhash . Compared with Lyra2REv3, Verhash will mainly reset the network’s computing difficulty and reduce power consumption restrictions. .
This fork requires miners to upgrade their mining software for compatibility and adaptation. The Verthash algorithm will not be supported by 1024 Mining , so buyers of computing power will not be able to place orders in the 1024 Mining computing power market for mining Vertcoin (VTC) tokens .
