As our Backend Developer, you will design, develop and deploy the software solutions that power 1024Mining's various products. In this role, you will work closely with a team of talented Product Managers, UX Designers and other engineers to build our next generation of products.
what will you do:
Responsible for architecture design and development
Use modern cloud technologies and industry best practices to create scalable systems to solve different problems
Create scalable, well-tested, and secure server code
Leverage automated testing, CI/CD, container orchestration, and other modern development techniques
Design high-performance, scalable, and maintainable database schemas
Actively make suggestions and challenge the status quo to improve our products and internal processes

As our front-end software engineer, you will be responsible for building the "client" of our web application. You should be able to translate the needs of our company and users into functional and attractive interactive applications that meet high development standards. In this role, you will work closely with a talented team of Product Managers, UX Designers and other engineers to build our next generation of products.

Implement responsive UI and web applications that run on desktop, mobile, and other popular devices
Turn design prototypes into high-performance, cross-browser compatible working code
Build libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, speed up development and improve code quality
Support other internal teams with any ad-hoc technical issues and provide relevant solutions

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent industry experience
At least 3+ years of experience in developing and producing JavaScript code with strong HTML/CSS/JS knowledge
Experience with modern front-end design, client-side web applications and technologies (style systems, web packages, etc.)
Experience with one of the MVVM frameworks (Vue.js/React.js) and familiarity with its technology ecosystem
Proficient in at least one backend language (node.js, PHP, go)
Familiar with HTTP and understand the life cycle of HTTP requests

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager for our company. In this role, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth. Successful candidates will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement marketing plans including branding, digital marketing, content marketing and events. Monitor/campaign progress and results using data analytics and user feedback to ensure continuous improvement in efficacy and user experience, and to manage 1024Mining's reputation within the crypto ecosystem.

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the tech or crypto industry.
Strong communication, critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to generate insights.
