BY SELECTING “I AGREE”, ACCESSING THE PLATFORM, USING1024MiningMINING SERVICES OR DOWNLOADING OR USING 1024Mining SOFTWARE, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, OR ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS, CHANGES OR UPDATES, DO NOT ACCESS THE PLATFORM, USE1024MiningMINING SERVICES OR USE THE 1024Mining SOFTWARE.
Qualified
By using the 1024Mining platform and 1024Mining mining services, you declare and guarantee that you:
•Reaching the minimum age and having the ability to sign binding contracts;
•Previously not suspended or deleted from the 1024Mining platform;
•Having full power and authority to sign this agreement, and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party;
•Not through your relationship with us, through your use of 1024Mining or the use of 1024Mining mining services to promote, execute, undertake, participate in, assist or abet any illegal activities;
•If any applicable law in your country/region prohibits you from using 1024Mining or 1024Mining mining services under this clause, you will not use the 1024Mining platform or 1024Mining mining services.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to 1024Mining and mining services for any reason and at our discretion. The use of 1024Mining and mining services is invalid when prohibited by applicable law.
Depending on your country of residence, place of registration, or registered office, you may not be able to access all the features or services provided on the 1024Mining platform. You are responsible for complying with the rules and laws of your country of residence and/or the country where you access the 1024Mining platform.
Define
1024Mining mining services refer to all services provided by 1024Mining, including the 1024Mining platform, 1024Mining hash power market, 1024Mining API, 1024Mining operating system, 1024Mining mining software , 1024Mining dedicated endpoints, 1024Mining accounts, 1024Mining mobile device applications, and all other software products related to these products Applications and services.
The computing power market refers to the infrastructure provided by 1024Mining, which enables computing power providers to point their devices to 1024Mining layer servers, where the computing power provided by different computing power providers is collected and sold as universal computing power to computing power buyers.
A computing power buyer refers to a legal person or individual who purchases aggregated general computing power from an undefined computing power provider in the computing power market.
A computing power provider refers to a legal entity or individual that sells its computing power to undefined buyers in the computing power market.
1024Mining mining software refers to 1024Mining Miner, and any other software provided through the 1024Mining platform, excluding third-party plugins and miners.
The 1024Mining TeamMining package refers to a collective computing power order placed by multiple users to the computing power market.
Package share refers to the commitment of 0.0001 BTC in the TeamMining package.
1024Mining account refers to an online account created on the 1024Mining platform by completing the registration process on the 1024Mining platform.
Account holder refers to an individual or legal entity that has completed the registration process and successfully created a 1024Mining account.
The minimum age refers to 18 years old or above, if you are able to legally provide services (including the use of your personal data) to you without parental consent in order to 1024Mining.
Wallet refers to a wallet automatically created for account holders and provided by Wallet providers. 1024Mining does not represent that the account holder holds funds, but only transfers the account holder's request for Wallet transactions to the Wallet provider executing the requested transaction. In this regard, 1024Mining only handles and executes management services related to payment for 1024Mining mining services.
The blockchain network is a Distributed database used to maintain a growing list of records (called blocks).
Blockchain rewards refer to specific digital assets allocated to the first person to verify a new block on the blockchain, with a predetermined quantity.
Coinbase transactions refer to the only first transaction in a block used to allocate blockchain rewards.
Lightning Network is the second layer protocol on the Bitcoin network, which allows fast transactions at a lower cost. Lightning Network allows participants to create smart contracts and allow all transactions between these participants to take place almost instantaneously.
Force majeure events refer to any government or relevant regulatory regulations, acts of God, war, riots, civil commotions, fires, floods, or any disasters or labor disputes involving workers that are not related to you or 1024Mining. Any act, event, inaction, occurrence or failure to occur shall only be considered force majeure if it is not due to the intentional act, negligence, or failure to take reasonable preventive measures of the affected party, its agents, employees, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors- Contractors.
Buying and selling computing power
The computing power provider agrees to sell computing power according to the terms specified here, and 1024Mining agrees to continue paying for the computing power provided by the computing power purchaser in the computing power market. According to applicable principles, payment will be made based on the effective share (pay as you go principle), and the computing power provider will only pay for the verified and accepted computing power of their Wallet or other wallets, such as the account holder's personal information settings or the layer connection username shown in. In some cases, even if the hash power is generated on the hash power device, it will not be sent to the hash power buyer or accepted by the 1024Mining service. These situations include using slower hardware and software, hardware, or network errors. In these cases, hash computing power providers will not receive compensation for such hash computing power.
The buyer of computing power agrees to purchase, and 1024Mining agrees to process the order according to the terms specified here and forward the purchased computing power on the computing power market. According to the applicable pay as you go principle (i.e. pay as you go), power buyers only need to pay our engine verified power from their Wallet. When the connection to the selected mining pool on the computing power order is lost or the order is cancelled during its lifecycle, the computing power buyer needs to pay an additional 10 seconds of computing power. When the selected mining pool on the computing power order undergoes rapid mining work changes and/or rapid mining operation switching, the computing power order will charge additional computing power feesUse.
Exclusive sales of computing power (Middle East)
1024Mining has established an exclusive partnership with PWET World Electronics Trading LLC to acquire SHA256 ASICBOOST algorithm, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates and Yemen in the Middle East and regions (including but not limited to Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait and Lebanon). If you come from the above region, you will be restricted from selling the computing power of the SHA256 ASICBOOST algorithm on 1024Mining.
Risk disclosure
If you choose to use the 1024Mining platform, services, and Wallet, please be sure to understand the risks involved, have sufficient technical resources and knowledge to bear such risks, and carefully monitor your transactions.
General risks
You know that 1024Mining platform and services, blockchain technology, Bitcoin, all other digital assets, the concept of Proof of work and other related technologies are new and untested, and are beyond the control of 1024Mining. You acknowledge that these technologies pose significant risks. In addition to the risks disclosed below, there are also risks that 1024Mining cannot foresee, and it is unreasonable to believe that such risks can be foreseen. If there are changes in market or technological conditions that result in (i) these terms no longer meeting the expectations of 1024Mining, (ii) it is generally believed that enforcing 1024Mining's obligations is unfair, then the performance of 1024Mining's obligations under these terms will terminate, or (iii) 1024Mining's obligations become impossible.
1024Mining account abuse
You acknowledge the risks associated with the abuse of your 1024Mining account, and you have been fully informed and warned. If a third party obtains the login credentials of the account holder, the funds stored in Wallet may be disposed of by the third party. Account holders should protect their login credentials and electronic devices that store login credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
Regulatory risk
You acknowledge the risks associated with future legislation that may limit, restrict, or prohibit certain aspects of blockchain technology, which may also result in restrictions, restrictions, or prohibitions on 1024Mining services, and you have been fully informed and warned.
The risk of hacker attacks
You acknowledge that there are risks involved in hacking the 1024Mining service and Wallet, and you have been fully informed and warned. Hackers or other groups, institutions, or organizations may attempt to interfere with 1024Mining services, 1024Mining software, or Wallet in any way, including but not limited to denial of service attacks, Sybil attacks, spoofing, smurfing, malware attacks, mining attacks, or consensus based attacks.
Digital Asset Risk
You acknowledge that there are risks associated with digital assets used as payment methods, and you have been fully informed and warned. Digital assets are prone to but not limited to value fluctuations, transaction costs and time uncertainty, lack of liquidity, availability, regulatory restrictions, policy changes, and security risks.
Wallet Risk
You acknowledge that there are risks associated with the funds held on Wallet, and you have been fully informed and warned. You acknowledge that Wallet was provided by Wallet provider instead of 1024Mining. You acknowledge and agree that 1024Mining is not responsible for any Wallet provider's services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, legitimacy, quality, or any other aspect. 1024Mining does not assume or should assume any responsibility or obligation towards you or any other person or entity regarding the services of any Wallet provider. The services and links provided by the Wallet provider are solely for your convenience. Your access to and use of these services is entirely at your own risk and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Wallet provider.
Connection risk
You acknowledge that there are risks associated with using the 1024Mining service provided through the internet, including but not limited to hardware, software, configuration, and internet connection failures, and you have been fully informed and warned. You acknowledge that 1024Mining is not responsible for any configuration, connection, or communication failures, interruptions, errors, distortions, or delays that you may encounter while using the 1024Mining service, regardless of the cause.
Computing power provides risks
You acknowledge that there are risks associated with the computing power regulations provided by the Hash computing power provider through the computing power market, and you have been fully informed and warned. You acknowledge that 1024Mining does not provide computing power, but only provides computing power market as a service. The computing power equipment provided by the computing power provider is new and untested, and is not within the control range of 1024Mining. The main risk is that computing power equipment (i) will stop providing computing power, (ii) will provide computing power in an unstable manner, (iii) configuration errors, or (iv) insufficient computing speed provided. Hash power devices as hardware may suffer damage, errors, power outages, configuration errors, connection or communication failures, and other failures. 1024Mining will not be responsible for the operation of computing equipment and the provision of computing power. By submitting a computing power order, you agree to the computing power no refund policy - all shares selected on the computing power order for forwarding to the mining pool are final and non refundable.
Computing power profit risk
You acknowledge that there are risks to the profitability of Hash computing power supply, and you have been fully informed and warned. You acknowledge that the revenue estimation and profitability calculation of all Hashing power rigs on the 1024Mining platform are for reference only and are based on the Hashing power rig set in the testing environment. 1024Mining does not guarantee that your hash power device can achieve the same profitability or revenue as calculated on the 1024Mining platform. There is a risk that your hash power unit cannot generate the required amount and quality of hash power, and the hash power you generate will be different from the hash power unit we set in the test environment.
Ensure
The 1024Mining platform and mining services are provided on an "as is" and "available" basis, including all faults and defects. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1024Mining makes no representations or warranties, and you waive all warranties of any kind. In particular, without limiting the generality of the aforementioned provisions, 1024Mining does not make any express, implied, statutory, or other form of representation or warranty regarding the 1024Mining Platform and mining services, or other services related to the 1024Mining Platform and provided by third parties, including the guarantee that such services will be uninterrupted, harmless, safe, or undamaged or damaged, meet your requirements, achieve any expected results, and cooperate with any other software Applications, systems, or services are compatible or work together to meet any performance or error free requirements, or any errors or defects can or will be corrected. In addition, 1024Mining makes no representations or warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding merchantability, applicability, reliability, availability, timeliness, accuracy, satisfactory quality, suitability or quality for a specific purpose, ownership, and non infringement. Mining services or other services related to the 1024Mining platform provided by third parties, or quiet enjoyment and any guarantees arising from any transaction process, performance process, trade practices, or use of the 1024Mining platform and mining services (including information, content, and materials), including.
In particular, 1024Mining makes no representations or warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding any payment services and systems provided by third parties, Wallet, or any other financial services that may be related to the 1024Mining platform and mining services.
You acknowledge that you will not rely on and have not been induced to accept the 1024Mining Platform and mining services under this clause based on any warranty, representation, covenant, promise or any other statement, except as expressly provided in this clause. 1024Mining or their respective agents, managers, employees or consultants have not provided any such warranties, representations, contracts, promises or other statements.
Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1024Mining and their respective managers, employees, or agents shall not be liable to you or any other person for any form of damages, including but not limited to direct, consequential, incidental, special, or indirect damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, transaction losses, or damages caused by the use or inability to use 1024Mining services or Wallet), Even if 1024Mining has been informed of the possibility of such damage or loss, including but not limited to: using or attempting to use the 1024Mining platform and mining services, Wallet, or other related websites or services.
1024Mining will not be responsible for any compensation, reimbursement or damage caused by the following reasons: (i) Your inability to use the 1024Mining platform and mining services, including but not limited to losses, power outages, maintenance, defects, system failures, errors, omissions, errors, defects, viruses, operation or transmission delays or any performance failures caused by the 1024Mining platform or any termination or suspension of this clause, (ii) the cost of purchasing alternative goods or services, (iii) any expenses related to these terms or investments, expenses, or commitments related to your use or access to the 1024Mining platform and mining services, (iv) your reliance on any information obtained from 1024Mining, (v) force majeure events, communication failures, theft or other interruptions, or (vi) any unauthorized access, modification, deletion, destruction, damage Lost or unable to store any data related to the 1024Mining platform, mining services, or Wallet, including records, private keys, or other credentials.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1024Mining and all corresponding employees, managers, directors, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (i) any third-party claims related to these terms, (ii) your use or related behavior of the 1024Mining platform and mining services, (iii) any feedback you provide, (iv) your violation of these terms, (v) or your infringement of any rights of any other person or entity. If you are obligated to compensate us, we will have the right to control any actions or procedures at our own expense and determine whether we wish to resolve the issue. If we have an obligation to respond to third-party subpoenas or other mandatory legal orders or procedures mentioned above,
The services, information, products, and services included or provided on the 1024Mining platform may contain inaccuracies or printing errors. The information here will be regularly added and changed. The 1024Mining platform can be improved or changed at any time.
1024Mining account
The registration of the 1024Mining account is done through the 1024Mining platform, and you need to enter your email address and password in the registration form. After successfully completing the registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you. After clicking on the link in the confirmation email to confirm registration, the 1024Mining account will be created. After the process is completed, 1024Mining will send you proof of completed registration.
(iii) Maintain the security of your 1024Mining account by protecting your password and restricting access to your 1024Mining account; (iv) If you discover or suspect any security vulnerabilities related to your 1024Mining account, please notify us immediately so that we can take all necessary and possible measures to protect your 1024Mining account, and (v) be responsible for all activities occurring under your 1024Mining account, and accept all risks of authorized or unauthorized access to your 1024Mining account to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Unable to access the email you registered on the 1024Mining platform, which may also mean that you are unable to access your 1024Mining account. Until you regain access to the email address registered on the 1024Mining platform, you may not be able to use the 1024Mining platform or mining services, perform withdrawals, and other security sensitive operations. If you wish to change the email address associated with your 1024Mining account, for security purposes, we may require you to complete the KYC program. This step is only used for identity recognition during the process of re accessing your 1024Mining account.
After creating a 1024Mining account, when the user makes their first deposit request to Wallet, a Wallet will be automatically created for the 1024Mining account. The Wallet of the account holder is generated by the Wallet provider. It is strongly recommended that account holders add additional security steps such as dual factor authentication (hereinafter referred to as "2FA") when logging into their account, withdrawing funds from Wallet, or placing new orders to enhance the security of their 1024Mining account. Account holders can enable this security feature in the settings of their 1024Mining account. If the 2FA code is lost or changed, for security reasons, we may require the account holder to complete the KYC program. This step is only used for identity recognition during the process of reactivating the account holder 2FA.
In order to use certain features of the 1024Mining platform, such as paying for computing power, users must deposit funds into Wallet, as computing power payments can only be made through Wallet. There are two options for computing power providers to receive compensation for the provided computing power: (i) by using Wallet to receive payments, or (ii) by providing other Bitcoin addresses to receive payments. Hash computing power providers provide such detailed information to 1024Mining through the account holder's personal profile settings or in the form of a layered username when connecting to a 1024Mining layered server, in order to provide their Bitcoin address to 1024Mining.
Account holders can recharge their Wallet funds from their auxiliary account. Secondary account providers or blockchain networks may charge account holders fees for such transactions. 1024Mining does not bear any fees charged by secondary account providers or blockchain networks, nor is it responsible for the management and security of secondary accounts. The account holder assumes full responsibility for the use of their secondary account, and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to any secondary account. The time related to loading transactions depends partly on the performance of the auxiliary account provider, the performance of the blockchain network, and the performance of the Wallet provider. 1024Mining does not guarantee the time required to load funds into Wallet.
Account holders are not allowed to use Wallet for long-term storage, preservation, and holding of funds, nor for executing other transactions unrelated to 1024Mining platform transactions. Wallet can only be used for current and ongoing transactions related to the 1024Mining platform. The account holder should immediately withdraw any funds stored on Wallet that will not be used or used for the aforementioned reasons. Wallet providers, blockchain networks, or 1024Mining may charge commissions for any Wallet transactions. Please refer to the 1024Mining platform for more information on the commission fees applicable during Wallet transactions.
You have the right to use the 1024Mining account only if you comply with these terms and other commercial terms and principles published on the 1024Mining platform. In particular, you must comply with all regulations aimed at ensuring the security of funds and financial transactions.
If the balance of funds in your Wallet exceeds the minimum balance required to meet any outstanding orders, you can withdraw any amount of funds from your Wallet, but no more than the total amount of funds in your Wallet. The minimum balance requirement for a secondary account is to deduct any applicable withdrawal fees charged by 1024Mining or blockchain networks for such transactions. The withdrawal will not be processed immediately and may be combined with other withdrawal requests. Some withdrawals may require additional verification information, which you must provide in order to process the withdrawal. Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to be fully processed and distributed to the blockchain network. For more information on withdrawal fees and withdrawal processing, please refer to the 1024Mining platform. 1024Mining reserves the right to change these fees at any time and for any reason.
You have the right to close your 1024Mining account. If you have funds on your Wallet, you should withdraw the funds from your account before requesting the closure of your 1024Mining account. After we receive your request to close your 1024Mining account, we will deactivate your 1024Mining account. You can read more about closing your 1024Mining account in our privacy policy. Your 1024Mining account may be deactivated due to your inactivity. If it has been more than 6 months since your last login, your 1024Mining account may be locked out and mandatory KYC programs may be applied for security reasons.
1024Mining or any of its partners or affiliates shall not be liable for any financial losses stored or transferred out on Wallet, as well as for any incorrect execution of transactions conducted through Wallet, if such losses or transaction execution errors are the result of Wallet's malfunction and are caused by you or Wallet's provider. If the access data of your 1024Mining account is lost or stolen, and there is any possibility of misuse, you have an obligation to immediately notify 1024Mining and request that the access data be changed or your existing 1024Mining account be closed, and submit a request for new access data.
All information related to registration, including the registry, Wallet generation, and detailed instructions on using the 1024Mining account and Wallet, can be obtained on the 1024Mining platform. The registration form and the entire system are appropriately protected from unnecessary interference from third parties.
KYC program
1024Mining is implementing appropriate AML/CTF and security measures to strive to detect and prevent any malicious or illegal use of 1024Mining services or behaviors strictly prohibited by this clause. This will be deemed as your agreement to provide the necessary personal information for identity verification. Security measures include KYC programs aimed at determining the identity of individual users or organizations.
We may require you to complete this program before enabling some or all of the features of the 1024Mining platform and providing its services. KYC program can be applied as a security measure in the following situations:
•Change the email address associated with your 1024Mining account
•Missing or changing your 2FA code;
•Access all or part of the 1024Mining service, Wallet and its related services, or any part of them (if they are disabled), and
•If your 1024Mining account is deactivated due to inactivity and/or security or other reasons, activate your 1024Mining account.
Computational Power Trading
General
1024Mining may, at its sole discretion, (i) refuse to submit or provide computing power for any order, (ii) cancel the order or part of the order before execution, (iii) impose restrictions on the allowed order amount, or (iv) impose any other conditions or restrictions on your use of the 1024Mining platform and mining services without prior notice. For example, but not limited to, 1024Mining may limit the number of open orders you can establish or the types of hash power devices and mining algorithms supported, or 1024Mining may restrict submitting orders from certain locations or providing hash capabilities.
For more information on the terminology, definition and description of power trading, order type, order submission, order process, order rules, and other restrictions and restrictions of power trading, please refer to the 1024Mining platform. 1024Mining reserves the right to change any transaction, definition, description, order type, procedure, rules, constraints, and restrictions for any reason at any time.
Orders, provision of computing power, payments, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions are only accepted through the interfaces of the 1024Mining platform, 1024Mining API, and 1024Mining account, and are fixed by the software and hardware tools of the 1024Mining platform. If you do not understand the meaning of any trading options, 1024Mining strongly recommends that you do not use any of these options.
Computational power order
In order to submit computing power orders through the 1024Mining account, the computing power buyer must have available funds in Wallet.
A computing power buyer submits a new computing power purchase order through the 1024Mining platform or 1024Mining API, and sets the following parameters in the order: 1024Mining service server location, third-party mining pool, usage algorithm, order type, set amount he is willing to spend on this order, and set the price he is willing to pay for each hash, Optionally approximate the maximum hash capacity of his order and other parameters as required and confirm his order. Computational power buyers can submit orders with the maximum amount of funds available on Wallet at the time of order submission. The order runtime is only an approximation, as the lifecycle of the order is based on the number of hashes it provides.
Especially during periods of high transaction volume, insufficient liquidity, rapid fluctuations or fluctuations in any digital asset or computing market, the actual price of each hash executing certain orders may differ from the current price displayed on the 1024Mining platform. Your order time. You understand that 1024Mining is not responsible for any such price fluctuations. If there is a market interruption, 1024Mining service interruption, 1024Mining computing power market interruption or manipulation, or force majeure event, 1024Mining may perform one or more of the following actions: (i) suspend access to the 1024Mining account or the 1024Mining platform, or (ii) prevent you from completing any actions in the 1024Mining account, including closing any outstanding orders. After any such event occurs, when the transaction resumes, When a computing power buyer submits an order to purchase computing power through the 1024Mining platform or the 1024Mining API, he authorizes 1024Mining to represent him and execute the order for his account based on the order. The purchaser of computing power acknowledges and agrees that 1024Mining shall not act as its broker, intermediary, agent, or consultant, or in any fiduciary capacity. 1024Mining will execute the order based on the set order amount minus the processing fee of 1024Mining. Once the order is successfully submitted, the order amount begins to decrease in real-time based on the provided computing power payment.
The buyer of computing power agrees to pay the applicable service fee to 1024Mining. Once the entire order is used up and completed, the cost of 1024Mining will be deducted from the Wallet of the computing power buyer. Please refer to the 1024Mining platform for more information on the fees applicable when providing services. 1024Mining reserves the right to change these fees at any time and for any reason. The changed fee only applies to the 1024Mining service provided after the fee change. All orders submitted before the fee change, but not necessarily completed before the fee change, will be charged based on the applicable fee at the time of submission.
1024Mining will attempt to execute the act of purchasing computing power in the computing power market on a commercially reasonable basis and in accordance with these terms, using a best effort delivery method. In this regard, 1024Mining does not guarantee that the computing power will be actually delivered or verified, nor does it guarantee any quality of 1024Mining services.
Computational buyers can cancel submitted orders within the validity period of the order. If the order has been partially executed, the computing buyer can cancel the remaining parts of the order that have not been executed. In this case, the processing fee of 1024Mining will only apply to partially executed orders. 1024Mining reserves the right to refuse any order cancellation request after order submission.
Selling and providing computing power
In order to submit hash computing power to the 1024Mining layer server, the hash computing power provider must first point its hash computing power device to the 1024Mining layer server. Hash computing power providers are fully responsible for the configuration of their computing power devices.
Hash computing power providers receive compensation from Hash computing power buyers for all verified and accepted work generated by their Hash computing power devices. The provided hash capability is verified by the 1024Mining layer engine and validator. Hash computing power providers receive payments at the current global weighted average price on their Wallet or personal Bitcoin address of their choice. Make regular payments based on the payment amount. 1024Mining reserves the right to withhold payment for any reason at any time, especially when payment represents a smaller value. Please refer to the 1024Mining platform for more information on the payment height of the provided computing power, how the current global weighted average price is calculated, payment terms, payment terms, and payment retention conditions. 1024Mining reserves the right to change this payment policy at any time and for any reason.
The earnings and profitability calculations for all Hashing power rigs on the 1024Mining platform are for reference only. 1024Mining does not guarantee that your hash power device can achieve the same profitability or revenue as calculated on the 1024Mining platform. You hereby acknowledge that your hash power device may not be as profitable as shown in our information calculations, or it may not be at all profitable.
The computing power provider agrees to pay the applicable processing fee to 1024Mining for the services provided. The cost of 1024Mining will be deducted from all payments made by the Hash computing power provider for the work provided. Please refer to the 1024Mining platform for more information on the fees applicable when providing services. The computing power provider who has not submitted any computing power to the 1024Mining layer server within 90 days agrees to deduct 0.00001000 BTC or less processing fees from their unpaid mining balance based on the unpaid mining balance. 1024Mining reserves the right to change these fees at any time and for any reason. The changed fee only applies to the 1024Mining service provided after the fee change.
1024Mining will attempt to provide computing power to the computing power provider on a commercially reasonable basis and in accordance with this clause, in accordance with the best effort delivery method in the computing power market. limitation
When accessing the 1024Mining platform or using mining services or Wallet, you guarantee and agree that:
•Will not use the service for any illegal or prohibited purpose under this clause,
•Will not violate any laws, contracts, intellectual property rights or other third-party rights or engage in infringement,
•Take full responsibility for your actions when accessing the 1024Mining platform or using mining services or Wallet,
•We will not access the 1024Mining platform or use mining services in any way that may damage, disable, overload or impair the provision of services or interfere with the use and enjoyment of services by any other party
•Do not abuse and/or maliciously use the Hash power rig, especially do not use the network Botnet or use the 1024Mining platform or mining services with the Hash power rig without the knowledge or knowledge of the owner of the Hash power rig
•We will not use the 1024Mining platform or mining services to conduct or attempt any type of malicious attack on blockchain, with the aim of maliciously controlling over 50% of network mining computing power
•The 1024Mining platform or mining service will not be used for any type of Market manipulation or destruction, such as but not limited to 1024Mining mining service destruction and 1024Mining computing power Market manipulation.
If any of the above events occur, 1024Mining reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your 1024Mining account, freeze or freeze funds in Wallet, and suspend your access to the 1024Mining platform, especially if 1024Mining believes that the 1024Mining account is in violation of these terms or privacy policies, or any applicable laws and regulations. In the event of termination, 1024Mining will attempt to return any digital assets stored in your 1024Mining account, unless such digital assets were obtained through fraud, negligence, other improper behavior, or violation of these terms.
Right and obligation

You are not allowed to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means that is not intentionally provided or provided to you or the public through the 1024Mining platform or mining services.
We may, with prior notice, decide at any time, for any reason or without reason and without any liability to you, (i) terminate all rights and obligations between you and 1024Mining arising from these terms, (ii) suspend all or part of your 1024Mining services, Wallet and its related services, or any part thereof, And delete or deactivate your 1024Mining account and all related information and files in that account (iii) temporarily or permanently modify, suspend or terminate any part of the 1024Mining platform or (iv) enhance or improve the features and functions of the 1024Mining platform, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications. If you violate these terms, including but not limited to, for example, if you violate any of these terms due to the legal basis of anti money laundering and your understanding of customer regulations and procedures, or any other relevant applicable regulations, and if you fail to comply with these terms within an 8-day notice period after giving a warning of the violation within 1024Mining, All rights and obligations arising from these terms between you and 1024Mining will automatically terminate to resolve the violation issue. Despite your violation of these terms, 1024Mining reserves the right to maintain the validity of these rights and obligations.
In the event of termination, 1024Mining will attempt to refund all funds stored on Wallet that were not paid by 1024Mining, unless 1024Mining believes that you have committed fraud, negligence, or other improper behavior. You acknowledge that the 1024Mining service and Wallet may be suspended due to maintenance.
Technical information about hash computing transactions, including information about the selected server location, algorithms used, concentrator, your business or activities, including all financial and technical information, specifications, technology and prices, current transaction performance and all details of future business Strategy represents confidential information and trade secrets. 1024Mining shall retain the confidentiality of all the aforementioned information and shall not disclose or cause or permit the disclosure of any such information to anyone without your permission, unless such disclosure is strictly in order to enable you to perform or comply with any of your obligations under these terms, or if you or 1024Mining have an irresistible legal requirement to do so; Or the information has entered the public domain, except in violation of any of these terms. 1024Mining has no right to use any of these confidential information and trade secrets, except during the term of these terms and in accordance with these terms, and only for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations stipulated in these terms.
1024Mining Miner License (1024Mining Mining Software license)

If you choose to exit, you will continue to receive the same number of advertisements, but their relevance may be low as they are not based on your interests.
The 1024Mining mining Software license is valid until it is terminated. All provisions on termination in these terms also apply to the 1024Mining mining Software license. After the termination of the 1024Mining mining software license, you shall cease all use of the 1024Mining mining software and destroy or delete all or part of the copies of the 1024Mining mining software.
1024Mining Private Endpoint
1024Mining Private Endpoint is a network interface that allows users to connect privately and securely to the 1024Mining Stratum server. Private endpoints use private IP addresses to avoid additional latency caused by DDOS protection. All 1024Mining private mining proxy servers are managed by 1024Mining and remain up-to-date.

1024Mining may require users of private endpoint solutions to provide additional information to determine if we are obligated to charge you value-added tax, including your value-added tax identification number.
Lightning Network
Lightning Network uses micro payment channels to expand the blockchain's ability to conduct transactions more effectively. The transactions between participants in the contract are conducted on the blockchain. You know that 1024Mining has no impact on the transaction speed and network cost of Lightning Network, which may depend on the transaction route.
You acknowledge that in general, the use of Lightning Network may lead to the risk of network failure and capital loss, which is completely beyond the control of 1024Mining. Lightning Network transactions may be delayed, rejected or failed. 1024Mining shall not be responsible for any of the above events or their consequences. You expressly acknowledge and waive any claim against 1024Mining or any of its partners or affiliates for direct or indirect losses related to the use of Lightning Network. Lightning Network technology is a developing technology, which should be used carefully with sufficient knowledge.
Intellectual property
1024Mining reserves all copyrights and other intellectual property rights, including inventions, discoveries, proprietary technology, processes, markings, methods, ingredients, formulas, technologies, information, and data, whether patentable, copyrighted, or trademark protected, as well as any trademarks, copyrights, or all content and other materials contained on the 1024Mining platform or related to services, including but not limited to the 1024Mining logo and all designs, texts Graphics, images, information, data, software, source code, as well as patents based on them, such as compilations, sound files, other files, and their selection and arrangement. This material is protected by international copyright law and other intellectual property laws (i.e. trademark law).
1024Mining hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non licensable license to access and use 1024Mining's copyrighted works and other intellectual property for your personal or internal business use. Such license is subject to these terms, and does not permit any resale, distribution, public performance or public display, modification or other derivative use, use, release, transmission, Reverse engineering, participation in transfer or sale, or use any copyrighted works and other intellectual property rights for unintended purposes in any way. If 1024Mining suspends or terminates your access to services, Wallet, or closes your 1024Mining account, the granted license will automatically terminate.
1024Mining will have exclusive rights to any feedback, including all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to suggestions, ideas, or other information or materials you provide regarding 1024Mining services or related products, whether through email, through our 1024Mining platform, 1024Mining account, or other means. You irrevocably transfer any and all intellectual property rights of such feedback, regardless of time Scope and geographical limitations. Any feedback you submit is non confidential and should become the exclusive property of 1024Mining. 1024Mining will have the right to use, modify, or disseminate such feedback for any purpose (commercial or other) without restriction, without providing confirmation or compensation to you. Cost
Please refer to the 1024Mining platform for more information on the fees or administrative fees applicable when providing services. 1024Mining reserves the right to change these fees at any time and for any reason. The changed fee only applies to the services provided after the fee change.
You authorize us or our designated payment processor to charge or deduct any applicable fees related to transactions completed through the service from your 1024Mining account.
Tax
It is your responsibility to determine which taxes (if any) apply to the transactions or services you complete or provide through the 1024Mining platform, mining services, and Wallet. You are responsible for reporting and paying the correct taxes to the appropriate tax authorities, and your actual and potential tax obligations are of concern to you. You agree that 1024Mining is not responsible for determining whether taxes are applicable to your transaction or service under any circumstances, nor is it responsible for collecting, reporting, withholding or remitting any taxes arising from any transaction or service. You also agree that 1024Mining is not obligated to compensate you for your tax obligations or provide you with any advice related to tax issues under any circumstances. All fees and charges payable to 1024Mining do not include any taxes, and if certain taxe apply, they should be added to the payable amount. According to our request, you will provide us with any information we reasonably request to determine whether we are obligated to charge you value-added tax, including your value-added tax identification number. If any deduction or withholding is required by law, you will notify 1024Mining and pay any necessary additional amount to 1024Mining to ensure that the net amount received by 1024Mining after any deduction or withholding is equal to the amount that 1024Mining would have received if no deduction or withholding had been made. In addition, you also need to provide documents to 1024Mining to prove that the amounts withheld and deducted have been paid to the relevant tax authorities.
Final clause
Natural and legal persons without legal rights and obligations are not allowed to create 1024Mining accounts, use 1024Mining platform or other related services. If 1024Mining learns that the natural person or legal entity has created a 1024Mining account or used 1024Mining services, 1024Mining will delete the 1024Mining account and disable any services, preventing the natural person or legal entity from accessing the 1024Mining account and 1024Mining services.
If you register on behalf of a legal entity to use the 1024Mining service, you declare and guarantee that (i) the legal entity is officially organized and validly exists in accordance with the applicable laws of its jurisdiction of organization; (ii) You have obtained formal authorization from the legal entity to act on its behalf.
These terms do not create any third-party beneficial rights for any individual or entity.
These terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding related to the subject matter of this agreement and supersede any previous and contemporaneous agreements, arrangements or understandings related to the subject matter of this agreement, but do not include any legally implied terms that may be excluded by contract.
If any provision of these clauses is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable at any time, the legality, validity, and enforceability of all other provisions will not be compromised in any way. Such illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provisions in these terms shall be deemed to have been modified and replaced by such legal, valid, and enforceable provisions or arrangements, which shall be in accordance with the wishes and commercial purposes pursued and reflected by us and you in these terms as much as possible.
Chapter titles are for convenience only and should not be used to limit or explain such chapters.
Our failure or delay in enforcing any rights or legal remedies under this clause shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights or legal remedies, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any rights or legal remedies prevent any further or other enforcement of these rights or legal remedies or the enforcement of any other rights or legal remedies.
1024Mining reserves the right to make changes, amendments, supplements, or modifications to these terms from time to time for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the 1024Mining Mining Software License Agreement and any changes in fees and compensation policies. We suggest that you regularly check for any changes to these terms. If we make changes to these terms, we will provide you with notification of such changes, such as by sending an email, providing notification on the 1024Mining platform, placing a pop-up window after logging into the 1024Mining account, or notifying you by publishing revised terms on the 1024Mining account. 1024Mining platform and update the date at the top of these terms. The revised terms will be deemed to take effect immediately after publication for any new users of the 1024Mining service. In all other cases, the revised terms will take effect for existing users on the earlier of: (i) the date on which the user clicks or presses a button to accept such changes in their 1024Mining account, or (ii) the date on which they continue to use the 1024Mining service for such changes after 30 days of notification from 1024Mining. Any revised terms will apply to the use of 1024Mining services after such changes take effect.
If you do not accept the revised terms, the notice of change to these terms will be deemed a termination notice for all rights and obligations arising between you and 1024Mining due to these terms, with a notice period of 30 days. If you do not agree to any revised terms, (i) the agreement between you and 1024Mining will terminate after the expiration of a 30 day period, calculated from 1024Mining providing you with notice of changes to these terms, (ii) you must stop using the 1024Mining service, (iii) you must inform us that you do not agree to these changes and request the closure of your 1024Mining account. If you have not informed us of your different opinions or requested the closure of your 1024Mining account, we will assume that you agree to the revised terms. 1024Mining can transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to other entities, including or other parent companies or sisters companies, or any other company or business entity that directly or indirectly acquires all or most of 1024MINING INC's assets or business. If you do not agree to any transfer, you can terminate this agreement and close your 1024Mining account. These terms are not template documents. If you do not agree to any of the terms, believe that any of them do not apply to you, or wish to negotiate these terms, please contact 1024Mining and immediately leave the 1024Mining platform. Do not use 1024Mining mining services or other related services until you and 1024Mining have reached an agreement on new service terms.
